January:
- Call to Artists - sculpture to be exhibited for one year.
March:
- Application period closes March 31st.
April:
- Jury selects sculpture works.
- Notifications emailed to Artist Applicants by April 30th.
May:
- Schedule for installation finalized with Artists.
- Press releases begin.
June:
- Sculpture installations throughout Meredith, NH begin June 1st. Three-party agreement executed among artist, GMP, and landowner outlining the various cross permissions and agreements required to exhibit. Artist stipend paid upon installation.
- Plaques installed - individual sculpture, artist, and artist contact information displayed.
- Brochure with self-guided map available in town kiosks and online.
July and beyond:
- Installations continue.
- Docent tours commence.
- Grand Opening Gala Celebration "An Evening With The Artists."
- Seasonal, community, and other events to feature the Meredith Sculpture Walk.
- Volunteer winter care by high school "Snow Brigade."
