Time Line

  January:

• Call to Artists - sculpture to be exhibited for one year.

  March:

• Application period closes March 31st.

  April:

• Jury selects sculpture works.

• Notifications emailed to Artist Applicants by April 30th.

  May:

• Schedule for installation finalized with Artists.
• Press releases begin.

  June:

• Sculpture installations throughout Meredith, NH begin June 1st.  Three-party agreement executed among artist, GMP, and landowner outlining the various cross permissions and agreements required to exhibit.  Artist stipend paid upon installation.

• Plaques installed - individual sculpture, artist, and artist contact information displayed.
• Brochure with self-guided map available in town kiosks and online.

  July and beyond:

• Installations continue.
• Docent tours commence.
• Grand Opening Gala Celebration "An Evening With The Artists."
• Seasonal, community, and other events to feature the Meredith Sculpture Walk.
• Volunteer winter care by high school "Snow Brigade."
